Abstract
The neutral solution of CS-570 was quite stable at 40°C for 16 weeks unlike PGI2. The anti-platelet effects of CS-570 was about 1/10 those of PGI2. CS-570 was also effective after oral administration. Usefulness of CS-570 for the extracorporeal circulation was strongly expected.
