Abstract
Radiopaque perfluoroctybromide emulsions were prepared with small particles as size as 0.113μ and effective oxygen-transferring performance and were applied for selective coronary arter iography (CAG). Contrast of FOB was inferior to the conventional indine compound radiopaque medium. However, it was evident that the higher FOB concentration i n FOB group was, less myocardial i s chemic changes were brought about during CAG.
