Abstract
Based on our developmental studies a total of 179 patients ranging in age of 0 to 68 years were inserted, including TF (n=76), ASD (n=32), ECD (n=13), TCRV (n=10) LA myxoma (n=8), DORV (n=6), PAPVR c ASD (n=5), AS (n=4), PAPVR (n=3), TAPVR (n=3), TA c ASD (n=2) and others. Operative motality was 6.7% (12/179) and seemed to be related to operative indication rather than EPTFE patch itself. In the long-term, thromboembolism, hemolysis and aneurysmal dilatation have not been observed. The postoperative course was uneventful in all of them.
