Abstract
First, for selecting more active adsorbent, chemical structures of regeneration inhibitory materials in patient blood plasma against hepatocyte were analyzed by fractionation HPLC and IR spectroscopy.
Next, patient blood plasma was treated by some adsorbents. Then, plasma was exracted by chloroform/methanol mixed solvent. The extract, in dry state, was dissolved by ethanol and the ethanol solution was inoculated to primary incubated hepatocyte of rat. 3H-thymidine intake corresponding DNA synthesis of the cell was observed. On the mixed adsorbent of solid acid and anionic exchanging resin, the highest thymidine intake into the incubated hepatocyte was observed.
