Abstract
Because we avert severe secondary effect of anticancer drug, the capsule of anticancer of controlled-release was newly developped. The capsule has both controlled release and durability of efficacy.
Radiation-induced polymerization of glassforming monomers was acted in the presence of methyl methacrylate polymer (PMMA) at low temperature (-78°C) and with γ-rays of 60Co(1x105R/Hr.).
In biological test average survival days of control group is 11.1 days. The group of low concentration of Lot 747 (0.25mg/Kg/day) is vitality percentage of 40%. Average survival day is more than 46.5 days and percentage of the prolongation life is more than percentage of 418.
In the structure of tissue of the region that capsule of MMC was burned, the reaction of stimulus and foreign body was slightly proved. There was slight influence on blood.
