On distributed structural health monitoring system

This paper discusses the development of a parallel distributed structural health monitoring system based on the wireless sensor network and multi-agent system for large scale engineering structures. The distributed smart wireless sensor network node is researched first. Then the multi-agent definition in the structural health monitoring system and their cooperation structure is researched. A bolt and load monitoring system is developed to realize a small multi-agent based health monitoring system.
