Strengthening the foundations of the competition organizations and improving the competitiveness of the sport in boccia

Abstract

    Boccia is a minor Paralympic sport and has a small number of competitors because it is for people with severe physical disabilities. Japan has won medals at three consecutive Paralympic Games: the Rio 2016 Paralympics, the Tokyo 2021 Paralympics and the Paris 2024 Paralympics.
