A new HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) method for the determination of HbAlc (Hemoglobin Alc) is proposed. This method uses the hydrophobic stationary phase, which can separate minor components of hemoglobin more clearly than the previous method. As this stationary phase is hard enough to bear high pressure, precise data has been achieved for many loadings.
