Japan's declining birthrate and aging population are progressing at an unprecedented rate in the world, and Japan's medical expenses are steadily increasing. If this situation continues, the Japanese medical insurance system cannot be maintained. In addition, in response to the rapid increase in lifestyle-related diseases, the "Fourth National Health Promotion Measures" have been formulated in Japan. Currently, lifestyle-related diseases such as hypertension and diabetes are increasing, and the problem is that the rate of specific health checkups, which is an opportunity to detect such lifestyle-related diseases at an early stage, is sluggish. Therefore, in this study, we first show the relationship between lifestyle-related diseases and the number of medical examinations using the National Health Insurance database (KDB), and suggest the effects of medical examinations. In addition, in order to investigate the relationship with the living environment, we will analyze the current situation and characteristics of the region, clarify the regional differences in health issues and medical examination rates, and understand the health issues and characteristics of healthy regions by region.
