Digital disaster prevention technology for improvement of resilience

Abstract

This paper introduces digital technology to support information exchange among various organizations and proactive response. Shared Information Platform for Disaster Management (SIP4D) is developed to realize automatic information conversion and function of synthesis of logic, which can contribute to smooth information exchange during disaster among related users in disater situations. Especially, information support to disaster site is emphasized. In addition to respond to disaters proactively, construction of management loop with automatic data collection and analysis to support decision making of organizations.
