Estimation for bid is by no means less important as engineers'job, if compared with the planning and designing. However, owing to the lack of logical appeal in itself, it has been hitherto rather neglected by engineers from their proper job. The author, therefore, from his original interpretation tried to apply a new method of control of the estimation drived from statistics.
