Abstract
We developed a complex material to attenuate low frequency noise from 30Hz to 200Hz that occurs in steel girders. This method permitted us to reduce noise in the frequencies that affect steel girders, particularly in experimental construction project. The method reduces the time required for project completion, as well as construction costs. This paper describes the development process and techniques of the new method.
