IMPLEMENTATION METHOD OF PUBLIC-PRIVATE-PARTNARSHIP FOR PROJECT ACCELELATION IN MLIT

Abstract

 The purpose of this study is to propose implementation method of Public-Private-Partnership for Project Acceleration in large-scale disaster recovery and restoration projects by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT). The results of this study revealed the idea of work-sharing between MLIT in-house engineers and private engineers with cooperative partnership for project acceleration. Based on the proposed idea, different from existing methods such as construction management, the guideline on Public-Private-Partnership for Project Acceleration in MLIT was published in March, 2019.
