Abstract

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism introduced a unit price-type integration method and construction package-type integration method, which incorporates a bidding price reflecting the actual situation of construction, etc., and which is often used in Western countries. However, because it is not possible to confirm that a bidding price reflects the actual conditions of construction, the bidding price has not yet been taken into account.

In this study, the degree of influence in the calculation criteria on the bidding price, given a situation where the actual situation of construction is not reflected in the bidding price was considered, and the degree of dependence on the bidder's orderer on the integration criteria being clarified and the structure. It was confirmed that the bidder estimating the orderer’s total and confirming the actual conditions under which the bidding price is formed and, securing the subcontracting company prior to bidding to determine the ratio depending on the standard for calculating the bidding price, led to reductions.
