Abstract
If the distance between an object and an ovserver increases, the color of the object changes. In this research, three types of systematic field colorimetry were conducted for 17 color cards and a high rise building.
The findings indicated that there are diffierences as to how brightness and chroma change with visual distance. The colors at different distances (0 - over 7km) were estimated by taking into account the effect of spaces between the viewpoint and the object. As a result, close agreement between the observed and calculated values was obtained.
