Abstract

 Many power generation facilities that obtain energy from the nature are often located in a space rich in nature. In order to consider disaster prevention and mitigation measures in such spaces, it is necessary to aim not only the conventional method centering on gray infrastructure but also social infrastructure (Green Infrastructure) improvement in consideration of harmony with the environment. However, the history of this concept is short and sufficient knowledge has not been obtained. On the other hand, in recent years, high precision land space information has been released for free, and it has become relatively easy to obtain geographical information of various power generation facilities that are difficult to access. This study attempted to evaluate the risk of natural disasters in various power generation facilities, mainly renewable energy related facilities in Hyogo Prefecture by spatial information analysis using GIS.
