Abstract
Utilizing steam-exploded waste wood chips as material for the thick layer spraying method, we carried out three experiments. The following results were obtained. Exp. 1; Germination of test plants was inhibited by high density of organic acid and low pH. Exp. 2; It is necessary to add neutralizer to this spraying material to germinate and grow revegetation plants. Exp. 3; The vegetation was not formed by introducing herbaceous revegetation plants. However, the vegetation was formed by established plants from the surrounding area and the introduction of arboreous plants. Therefore, the vegetation formed by this spraying material might be in harmony with the environment.
