Abstract
Airborne Laser Bathymetry (ALB) is a promising technology which can rapidly measure seamless 3D shapes of land and river bed forms by capturing a combination of high density of green laser and near infrared laser data. In the recent years ALB measurement and accuracy verification results are commonly practiced by the industry and environmental sector. ALB is also utilized for the research purposes for assessing the river status and expanding the measurement opportunities for river beds. But the measuring depth is limited due to attenuation of the laser energy because of water quality. We constructed the geometry model using cross sectional survey at missing area of ALB and simulated two dimensional analysis. Further, we verified the elevation accuracy and flow regime by ALB geometry.
