In this study, we analyzed the impacts of traffic movements and shared bicycles usage before and after the COVID-19 infection. As a result, we found that: 1) the number of shared bicycle usage per day increased consistently, and the increase of the members contributed to the increase of shared bicycle usage; 2) shared bicycles were used as daily transportation, not for specific transportation purposes, both on weekdays and weekends; 3) newly installed ports gained a certain number of shared bicycle usage, and 4) the significant increase in shared bicycle usage is largely due to the increase in the number of members not only by new members but also by existing members. Based on these results, we proposed roles and promotion policies of shared bicycles.
