Workplace transportation management has been proposed as a strategy to mitigate global warming. This study aims to analyze the impact of on-demand transportation using multiple commuter buses for a company located in the port city of Tomakomai. High-granularity human flow data and macro traffic simulations were utilized to evaluate the number of on-demand transportation vehicles required to meet total travel demand, as well as the impact on commuter traffic and CO2 emissions. The findings indicate that peak vehicle traffic could be reduced by approximately 96.3%. Additionally, the study demonstrates that CO2 emissions per capita could be decreased by up to 59.6%.
