Beach changes between 2009 and 2019 of Shichiriga-hama Beach in Kamakura City were investigated using aerial photographs and the beach changes were reproduced using the BG model. It was found that erosion of this beach was possibly caused by the discharge of sand at a rate of 4,000 m3/yr turning around Point Inamuragasaki under the oblique wave incidence from southwest. The effect of beach nourishment was studied to maintain the beach, and the amount of beach nourishment neccesary for the recovery of sand beach was 1.0×104 m3/yr.
