Abstract
 In the emergency care service, it is necessary that the ambulance quickly reaches the request field. The regional inhabitant has the right which impartially receives emergency service. But arrival time of ambulance is various according to the traffic circumstance and road improvement situation in the area. By the retention unit number of ambulance in fire station, if all ambulances are participating from the station, inhabitant cannot receive the immediate request service. Then, we make spatial distribution in arrival time of ambulance by Geographic Information System. By using this spatial distribution and the statistical data of actual emergency activity in the Tottori fire station, the vulnerability of emergency service in area and measures concerning emergency service are considered.
