Abstract
This paper is to try to analyze the risk factors of disasters such as floods, mudslides and earthquakes in a visible manner, by paying attention to the role of the local construction companies at the time of disaster-restoration. For this purpose, we conducted site surveys in three damaged areas by serious disasters, and interviews to three independent groups to cope with disasters which are local construction companies, residents and local government stuff. Based on these interviews, we classified risk factors by the groups according to event histories, and estimated relationships among the above three groups by giving points. Further, we conducted a risk analysis quantitatively named Three Axis Analysis extended a psychological method to find recognitions and importances among the above three groups. Eventually, we clarified the significant roles and future subjects of local construction companies in disasters.
