Abstract
 During the shield tunneling under extremely high depth and water pressure, several type of temporary construction load, such as jack force, backfilling injection pressure, tail grease pressure, tail brush pressure, etc., affects serious damage to the segment. Because the recent use case of the shield tunneling method are increasing in the high depth condition, numerous defects are reported due to these construction loads in the curved part. Therefore, accounting these effects into the segment design are considered in this project.
 In this report, tail grease pressure, which is one of the temporary construction load, is considered to provide the feedback for the calculation. The data collected during the tunneling progress is used to compare with the initial condition which was set during the designing.
