Abstract
In this report, we focus on the case of an Olympic medalist
in women's weightlifting competition, and report on the
circumstances that led to her winning an Olympic medal in terms
of her performance, mindset, and relationship with her coach. The
subjects were athletes who won medals at the London Olympic
Games and her coach. The analysis used a semi-structured
interview and a trajectory equifinality model. As a result, it
was suggested that the attitude that can create a relaxed state
in a nervousness may have been a factor in winning medals at
international competitions.
