The word, “biostimulants” is still a new word in this century and a new concept even to developed countries. They are not simple fertilizers such as nitrogen and potassium, neither pesticides. The definition of biostimulants contains multiple modes of enhancement in nutrient use efficiency, improved tolerance to abiotic stress, plant trait quality, confined nutrients availability. Currently in the EU, the USA, and Japan, strong trend to utilize these less known products range in the agriculture to keep the agricultural output stable in addition to fertilizers and pesticides.
