B-20 H^+-ATPアーゼ活性化物質フシコクシンJの新誘導体の分離と同定

In order to clarify biosynthetic intermediates of fungal diterpenoid fusicoccins as an H^+-ATPase activator as well as a potent plant growth stimulant, we investigated fusicoccin-related metabolites in detail from the fungus Fusicoccum amygdali F6. A new derivative of fusicoccin J (FC-J) was isolated along with FC-J and 16-O-demethyl 3-epi-FC-J (FC-1) from a polar neutral fraction of the Et OAcextract, and was identified as 16-O-demethyl FC-J (FC-2) by NMR spectrometry. Isolation of FC-1 and FC-2 as 3-epimers of fucicoccane skeleton has much interest for us from biosynthetic and bioactive points of view.
