Abstract
Suppose that we have a great amount of segmental noisy signals, each of which has several sharp peaks as its important features to be measured. This sort of data are often treated in the biomedical data analysis for classification analysis, pattern recognition and biological rhythm analysis. The most important features of this type of data might be 1) heights, 2) locations and 3) shapes of peaks.
