Abstract
The important philosophy behind school social work is “the best interests of the child” on school basis, on school education it is essential not only to support students but also improve their academic skills of each subject. Currently the situation where students can’t concentrate to study without anxiety has occurred among schools. To ensure stable school life and sufficient education for students, it is necessary to improve school environment. Therefore, introducing social work point of view, such as assessment, planning, individuating and action towards students by team (several number of people), to school is thought to be effective. Case conference is useful in conducting assessment and planning.
The importance introduction of social work frame to schools has been clarified in the last-10-year-report by Ministry of Education.
