Abstract

The Kabagawa Dam is a concrete gravity dam with a bank volume of 430,000 m3 located in Shionoe-cho, Takamatsu City, Kagawa Prefecture. Due to restrictions on this dam, nighttime construction was restricted, so it was not possible to construct it continuously for 24 hours like normal dam construction. Therefore, there was a concern that the casting speed would decrease due to the increase in work due to the interruption of work in the dam casting, so it became an issue to improve the construction efficiency and productivity. Therefore, we adopted the cruise RCD method and utilized ICT to improve the efficiency of construction. The latter ICT utilization aims to improve productivity by making concrete placement management online and visualizing the site situation with a cloud camera.
