Abstract
Social networking services (SNSs) have been popular worldwide because they allow users to obtain and share desired information quickly and easily. Thus, in recent corporate managements, it is essential to search for optimal strategies on SNS. Similarly to the corporate case, municipalities should utilize SNSs, and pay attention to SNS trends. In this paper, we focus on Twitter, which is a representative SNS among many SNSs, and propose a practical method to identify the interest level on Twitter for each municipality. We also explain how to use Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services to carry out the proposed method
