Abstract

A major goal of this research has been to discover how students decide an internship. Questionnaire were distributed to students who joined internship. This study revealed the following 5 summaries. 1. Students esteemed the effects to the job hunting. Students were more interested in practical activities than exclusive programs. 2. Students did not recommend to hear the job hunting advice. 3. Advices of job hunting decrease the motivation of getting job entry request. 4. After project and feedback put into effect, the value of project and feedback from the students was improved. 5. Communication with other students decrease the motivation of getting job entry request.
