Abstract
Modern engineering have been giving the benefit to the mankind as F. Bacon predicted the effect of science. It has done damages to the mankind for their mind, the right of labor, and their circumstance at the same time. The benefit and the damage to the society have become larger and larger since the the beginning of 20th century as seen in the field of climate, ozone layer and the synthesis of clone creature. It is pointed out that the ethics becomes to be much important and the concept of "engineering ethics". The structure of the modern ethics for engineers has been studied and presented as the basic concept for designing the education program of the ethics in this articles.
