Global Project Based Learning (gPBL) is the activity aiming to enhance students for working under a global environment which hosted by Shibaura Institute of Technology. The members consist of professors, staffs, and Teaching Assistants (TAs) have to work together throughout this program. TA is one of the important person responsible in several roles to prepare and support gPBL in every activity. This paper describes the history, activities and learning outcomes from the TAs’ point of view towards activities supported by TAs. Those activities were the great booster in the learning of participants and became the learning of TAs from the process of preparation, support until the end of each activity. The research was conducted through the post-gPBL outcome assessment and questionnaire. The questionnaire was employed to assess the perspectives of participants who joined the program. Finally, the results of learning outcomes and questionnaire responses showed that participants have improved their learning skills. Especially, working in a multi-culture and interdisciplinary team and building the international friendship networks through proceeding the provided group activities.
