We have operated uterus sparing Laparoscopic sacrocolpopexy (LSC) in our hospital since July 2014. We evaluated perioperative outcome and operative procedure of 44 patients who underwent uterus sparing LSC. We were able to control the interference of uterus and the operation forceps intraoperatively by light head down position as much and changing the port position from diamond shape to triangle shape. The median operative time was 210 minutes and there was no perioperative complication and no conversion to subtotal hysterectomy caused by uterus sparing. The short term anatomical success was satisfactory, so uterus sparing LSC to vault prolapse is useful operative technique.
