30. Relationship between interannual variations in the electric power supply from photovoltaic power generations and the electric demand in Japan

Abstract

Variability in the electric power supply from PV power generation systems, electric power demand and residual demand on the national scale in Japan is evaluated using simulated data for 30 years. We found the relationship between variation in the annual mean of PV power supply and that of the electric demand is positive and it causes the control of the variability in the annual mean of the residual demand.
