Abstract

The shortage of safe drinking water is a serious problem, and it can be said that the technology to perform seawater desalination in large quantities and reliably is urgent. Since solar heat distillers use solar heat, which is a natural energy, they have the advantage of being able to supply energy inexhaustible with a small environmental load. In recent years, heat transfer enhancement by convection effect using ion discharge has attracted attention. The purpose of this paper is to prove the effect on the simultaneous enhancement of evaporation and condensation using ion wind.
