66. A Usability Study of PV-Integrated EVs in Merchandise Delivery Services

Abstract

Data such as solar irradiation and battery state of charge were collected using a demonstrative electric vehicle (EV), introduced in a merchandise delivery services by a local retail shop in Koriyama, Fukushima. It was suggested that approximately 20% of the battery consumption can be covered by introducing PV on the roof of the EV, according to the data achieved in February 2022.
