73. Development of agricultural product storage for Satoyama

─Simulation of Winter Thermal Environment─

Abstract

If we can develop a low-cost agricultural product storage that can be handmade by producers, we believe that it will lead to the promotion of Satoyama by reducing the amount of agricultural waste and selling it at a high price for a long time. The goal of this research is to create a simple and inexpensive storage warehouse for agricultural products, targeting sweet potatoes, and to verify its effectiveness.

This report outlines the specifications of the prototype storage warehouse for agricultural products and shows the results of numerical calculations of the thermal environment in winter (January).
