Silicon (Si) nanostructures can induce fruitful features such as reduction of the light reflectance and increase of the p-n junction interface for improvement of cell performance of Si/PEDOT:PSS solar cells. However, the high viscosity and the low permeability of PEDOT:PSS into the nanoscale pore morphology during cell fabrication has not led to dramatic performance improvements.
In this presentation, we discuss between the morphology of the Si nanocone structures and the conversion efficiency to improve the penetration rate of PEDOT:PSS and also decrease the optical reflectivity.
