Abstract

Effects of chlorobenzene volume and dripping speed in an anti-solvent method on the perovskite layer formation and energy conversion efficiencies of solar cells were investigated by a spin-coater with a semi-automated micro-pipette. A smooth perovskite film formation of CH3NH3PbI3 crystal was successfully with better reproducibly when larger volume and faster dripping rates were applied during an anti-solvent method.
