Kandenko constructed a regional micro-grid which supplied electric power to limited local area in Isumi City during a long blackout due to a big disaster. We installed PV, lithium-ion battery and LP Gas generators which could supply the electric power to the micro-grid total load. However the capacity of PV, battery and LP Gas generator are much larger than the electric consumer where the micro-grid power resources were constructed in a normal time. So in this paper we show how to operate the optimal micro-gird resources in a normal time.
