Renewable energy is being introduced as a measure against global warming. Bifacial PV, which can generate electricity on both sides and is the same price as Monofacial PV, is currently attracting attention. However, a problem with Bifacial PV is that they overestimate the irradiance on the rear side. This is because the PV itself and the surrounding environment reduce the amount of irradiance entering the PV and its shadow. Therefore, this paper proposes the addition of Sky View Factor(SVF) to account for the effects of the PV itself and the surrounding environment. Then, the validity of the method for estimating rear side irradiance considering SVF is verified, and the difference of the effect depending on the weather is confirmed.
