The heat balance has been studied to evaluate the solar radiation shading effect of solar panels (PV). As a result, it was suggested that it is necessary to consider the heat generated by power generation. In this paper, we measured the I-V curve of a PV panel to evaluate the amount of heat generation, and investigated a method to estimate the PV characteristic values. Using these characteristic values, the heat balance of the PV was evaluated, considering internal heat generation.
