In basic research on Organic Photovoltaic (OPV), the spin-coating method is commonly used as a process technology. However, since this method forms a thin film by applying a solution on a substrate and spinning it at high speed, not only does approximately 99% of the solution become waste liquid, but patterning is also difficult. In addition, patterning is difficult, and it is not easy to form all layers of the film.

In this study, we fabricated OPV by electrospraying, which is a wet process, for all layers and evaluated their power generation characteristics with the aim of industrial application.
