This study researched the ratio of PV/T solar panel and solar heat collector area and tank capacity that can improve cooling efficiency in a PV/T solar panel system with an ejector refrigeration cycle. Simulation results show that a larger ratio of solar heat collectors can increase the amount of heat collection and improve cooling efficiency. It was also shown that by reducing the capacity of the heating tank, and using the cooling tank, which is used only in summer, for heating in winter, the tank capacity can be reduced while improving the efficiency of cooling, heating and hot water supply.
