12　水田設置の小規模営農型太陽光発電事業における発電事業収支に関する分析

The new Basic Plan for Food, Agriculture and Rural Areas, approved by the Cabinet in fiscal year 2025, states that agrivoltaics can no longer expect the same level of profitability as in the past due to the decline in the Feed-in Tariff (FIT) purchase price. To promote the future adoption of photovoltaics on agricultural land, this study analyzes the conditions under which sufficient profit can be secured to contribute to agricultural production, with a particular focus on small-scale agrivoltaic systems installed in paddy fields, which account for the majority of farmland in Japan.
