FUNDAMENTAL STUDY ON BUILDING MATERIAL-EVALUATION OF PURPOSE-ORIENTED MATERIAL DESIGN METHOD

Abstract

For implementation of Sustainable-Construction, it is necessary to construct common understanding between Building owner and architect. So, we considered method of Building material to evaluate and select Building-material by Building owner (Purpose-Oriented Material Design Method). It is important point that we suggest the method of indication to enlighten Building owner's understanding on this study. Therefore, we tidied three evaluation-items (Performance, Cost, and Environmental Impact) by Diagram to qualitatively evaluate Building-materials.
