Abstract
The study discusses the motifs behind his architectural operations in the works of architect Sakamoto Kazunari during 1960s-70s. Sakamoto repeated the forms of “boxes” and “houseshape” in his architectural designs of house. From this point, Sakamoto's architectural operation of “suspension” is to be connected to representation of infanzia (childhood) in his architectural operation in terms of material and form of his works.
