Electrical resistance of SnI4 is measured at temperature down to 60mK and at pressure up to 95GPa using DAC and 3He/4He dilution refrigerator. At room temperature, the irreversible decrease of the electrical resistance is observed at around 60 GPa, which is consistent with previous reports on the recrystallization. At low temperatures, the superconductivity of SnI4 is observed at above 30 GPa. The transition temperature Tc increases with increasing pressure and reaches to Tc=2 K at 64 GPa which is the highest mark in the series of experiments. Meissner signal is also observed at 40 GPa using SQUID magnetometer. Observed jump of Tc at around 85 GPa may suggests the existence of a new phase boundary which is not appeared at room temperature.
